Description
This work is part of a long-term regeneration plan involving the transformation of the iconic 1960s Elephant and Castle Town Centre, which was the first ever covered shopping centre to have been built in Europe, creating something akin to the ‘Piccadilly of the South.’
This development aims to combine an ambitious range of commercial spaces, including retailers, restaurants, offices and will be home to the London College of Communication. The project will consist of three residential towers varying in height between 21 and 34 storeys, a cinema, and it will provide a new expanded underground station. The project is expected to complete in the Autumn of 2025.
